All services provided by LiveAgain Landscaping are billed through the convenient Joist email program. Receiving a clear and written, itemized invoice helps to relieve the stress that often comes with unexpected hidden fees or potential miscommunication. Included with all estimates is a copy of our business license, along with our insurance certificate. This approach fosters transparency that you can truly trust.
Lawn care & Snow removal invoices are sent at the end of the month.
We offer invoicing at time of service, or monthly billing. Payments can be made online and from your mobile device.
Payments are due within two weeks of invoicing dates. Late fees may apply for overdue balances.

E-Payments through Venmo and Paypal (*FEE)
We charge a processing fee for all credit, debit and e-payments.
The fees are as follows:
USA - 3.49% +$0.49
We require a 30% deposit for all Installations. To be paid before the installation will be scheduled. In most cases the payment will be held until closer to the installation date.
Incase of cancelation:
Deposit will be returned, minus the costs or unreturnable materials, or delivery fees.

License and insurance documents are meticulously attached to every estimate and invoice we send out, providing you with reassurance and peace of mind when making an investment in your property, knowing that you are protected and working with a reputable service.
Annual tax documents provided on request for all commercial, STR, & income properties that can deduct landscaping on their taxes.
Including:
-Up to date W9
-Annual report of invoices paid.
