WARRANTY TERMS UPDATED JANUARY 2024 (Older installations please ask to see the previous version)
Hardscaping: 10 Years (unless otherwise specified)
Hardscaping setups, which include a variety of structures such as Patios, Steps, Boulder walls, Stone Borders, and benches, come with an extensive ten-year warranty that starts from the date indicated on the invoice and covers workmanship. It is important to note that neglected maintenance, improper use, acts of vandalism, damage resulting from "acts of God," undisclosed water issues, or any new water-related issues that may arise will automatically void this warranty. Additionally, natural stone might exhibit visible cracks, seams, or other imperfections; however, these do not necessarily indicate that the product is defective or will fail and therefore do not constitute grounds for a warranty claim. Please be aware that this warranty does not cover commercial products like polymeric sands or premade firepits, and it is advisable to consult the manufacturer's warranty for those specific items.
Dry Stacked Stone: 2 Years
Dry stacked stone walls carry a 2-year craftsmanship warranty. For any load bearing retaining wall, we recommend block or boulders.
Trimming and Routine Maintenance: No Coverage
Semi-Annual trimming is a standard process that plays a crucial role in ensuring healthy plant growth and development. During a new trimming session, it is important to note that plants may experience a state often referred to as being “
Nursery Stock: 60 Days
Nursery stock carries a Sixty-day (60) warranty from the date on the invoice on materials and installation. Coverage can be voided due to neglected maintenance, misuse, vandalism, or damage from “acts of God” which includes but is not limited to animals and pets. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide or arrange for aftercare, and install fencing, or repellant if necessary.
All plants and shrubs installed are free of disease and insects at the time of installation. (none of our suppliers offer ANY warranty on plants or trees) Proper after care is needed to ensure plant longevity. We are not responsible for plants which have not been cared for after installation. Future fertilizing and trimming is not included in the initial price. The following are expressly excluded from coverage by this warranty: Perennials, Annuals, Groundcover, other non-hardy plants, bare root plants, plants in containers above ground, client-supplied plants, transplants, grass seed and sod. Transplanting, in most circumstances, is successful. However, the success of any transplant is not covered by a warranty.
Standard Polymeric Sand: 1 Year
If standard polymeric sand (Alliance products) is used in your installation, we offer a 1-year limited warranty. Manufacturers may carry their own warranty; this would be between the customer and the manufacturer.
Premium Epoxy Resin Joint Compound: 5 Years
If premium polymeric sand (Azpects Products) is used in your installation, we offer a 5-year limited warranty. Manufacturers may carry their own warranty; this would be between the customer and the manufacturer.
We highly recommend that all installations be kept clean and regularly maintained. Any chemicals, cleaners, or scrubbing methods should first be tested on a small, inconspicuous area to ensure they will not cause any damage to the jointing materials. Please be aware that any product that may become damaged as a result of pressure washing, cleaning procedures, or the actions of other companies will not be covered under our service guarantee. However, any damage that may occur as a result of LiveAgain's cleaning services will indeed be covered.
Sealant/ Stains/ Paints: No Warranty, See manufacturer.

We will not be held responsible for storm damage during or after installation. We will restore the areas to their original condition after a new estimate is given and agreed to. In most cases these “change orders” can be handled during the time of installation. If needed, we will reschedule these repairs as soon as possible.
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to locate and disclose accurate property lines. All encroachment issues will fall on the homeowner.
All water runoff, pooling, retention issues must be disclosed before the time of installation. These issues must be dealt with to prevent damage to the installation. Any undisclosed issues will void all warranties.
All warranties shall be void and will not apply to any materials which were originally installed by LiveAgain Landscaping LLC, then subsequently repaired, adjusted, or modified by an individual or entity other than an authorized representative from LiveAgain Landscaping LLC. We STRONGLY recommend any concerns be brought to the attention of LiveAgain immediately, and an on-site consultation be scheduled to remedy the issues.
All warranties shall be void in cases of physical and or chemical damage, or in accounts whose final payment has exceeded 45 days past due from date of invoice.
Replacements and/or repairs furnished under this warranty shall not carry a new warranty but shall carry only the unexpired portion of the original warranty provided.
No person is authorized to make any warranties other than those described above or to extend the duration of any warranties beyond the period described above.
