Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of both landscape maintenance and design. This role involves a diverse range of tasks aimed at enhancing and maintaining the aesthetic beauty of both residential and commercial properties.
Duties
Perform essential lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, and weed whacking to ensure healthy grass growth and a lush, vibrant lawn.
Perform comprehensive leaf cleaning services, utilizing a powerful commercial backpack blower to effectively manage leaf debris. Following detailed directions and employing teamwork, we efficiently clean leaves from our clients' properties, ensuring a tidy and well-maintained outdoor space.
Utilize a variety of hand tools and machinery for various landscaping projects, which may include planting, digging, and building garden beds to achieve visually appealing landscapes.
Assist with hardscape installations, such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls, predominantly using natural stone to create durable and attractive hardscapes.
Provide reliable snow plowing and shoveling services during the winter months to maintain safe access to properties for residents and visitors.
Maintain gardens by carefully planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper watering and overall care to promote healthy growth.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure that they are always in good working condition and ready for use.
Collaborate closely with team members to complete projects in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring high-quality results.
Experience
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred, but not strictly required, allowing for growth in this role.
Mechanical knowledge is a plus for effective equipment operation and maintenance, contributing to a seamless workflow.
Familiarity with essential lawn care practices, snow plowing techniques, gardening skills, and hardscape installation will greatly benefit candidates.
Ability to work efficiently outdoors in various weather conditions while demonstrating strong physical stamina and resilience.
Requirements for potential employees are as follows: Employees MUST have reliable transportation to and from work each day to ensure punctuality and consistency. Additionally, it is essential for employees to possess appropriate work boots and suitable work attire that meets safety standards. While having a valid driver's license is preferred for this position, we understand that we can consider candidates without it if they demonstrate the right qualifications and fit for our team.

Salary and Job Perks
Pay Range: $16/h - $21/h, depending on your experience level and the quality of work you demonstrate.
